Launcher by j.c.f. version 6.0.2 06/01/18

Launch and move/resize an app's window to given coordinates, if process is
already running just move/resize it's window, if it's minimized then
maximize it then move/resize it, if it's hung kill it and re-launch it.

Handy for running WMC (the Windows Media Center) in a window that's bigger
than the screen yielding a full screen experience within a window.

Select an Input window by clicking on Select and then clicking
on the window.

Optionally select a shortcut to update, otherwise leave output
blank and a new shortcut on the Desktop will be created.

For example to get the above mentioned functionality out of the Windows Media Center
if your screen is 1920x1080 then editing the coordinates of the shortcut
Launcher creates to -8,-32,1936,1119 will do the job (so that's left edge is 8 pixels
left of the screen, the top is 32 pixels above, the width is 16 pixels wider and
height is larger than it needs to be because WMC adjusts it based on the width which
fortutisouly leaves a blank row at the bottom of the screen for an automatically
hidden task bar to pop up -- handy for actually killing or minimizing WMC as once
that title bar is off the screen you can't click it ;) A 1366x768 display similarly
benefits from launcher coords of -8,-32,1382,807.

Because minimizing WMC will result in the window moving back on the screen launcher
can be run again to reposition WMC once it's running -- although with the 6.0
functionality Launcher can just maximize WMC and move it.

I take the shortcut launcher makes and pin it to the task bar and when I want to
reposition WMC I can right click it and click the "Windows Media Center" link.
